Each adult passenger can bring 1 large suitcase (23 kg) + 1 carry-on at no extra cost. If you carry sports equipment (surfboards, golf sets, musical instruments, wheelchairs), let us know when booking so we assign the right vehicle.
Do the drivers speak English as well as Spanish?
All our drivers are native Spanish speakers. Most also speak basic/intermediate English. If you need a certified bilingual driver or one who speaks French, Portuguese, Italian or German, note it when booking and we assign an available one.
How do I find my driver when I leave the airport?
Your driver will wait in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name as soon as you clear immigration and customs. We send you their full name, photo, WhatsApp number and vehicle plate 24 hours before the trip. You can also contact them directly on the way out.
Can I cancel my booking? What is the refund policy?
100% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. 50% refund between 24 and 48 hours. No refund under 24 hours. Date or time changes are free with more than 12 hours notice, subject to availability.
Do you offer round-trip transfers?
Yes. When booking you can choose one-way or round-trip with a 10-15% discount. On round-trips you can combine different destinations (e.g. airport → Bávaro → airport, or airport → Punta Cana → Santo Domingo).
