My Dominican Trip plans honeymoon trips to the Dominican Republic for groups of 2. You describe the group and the dates; we arrange the flights, the hotel or villa, the airport pickup, the car and the tours, and come back the same day with an itinerary and one price per person. Planning is free and nothing is paid until you approve it.
What a honeymoon actually needs
You have just spent a year organising something. This one should arrive already decided: transfer waiting, room ready, two or three things booked and the rest of the week empty on purpose.
What changes for a honeymoon
These are the things that decide whether the week works, and
they are decided before you book, not on arrival.
Honeymoon rates and perks are requested when the room is booked and most hotels want to see the marriage certificate or the invitation.
Two or three planned experiences across a week is the right amount. More and it becomes a schedule.
Arriving late after a wedding day is normal. The transfer has to be confirmed for that hour.
Worth knowing before you commit
Declare it at booking. Asking at check-in usually gets nothing.
The quiet beaches are not next to the big resorts; if that is what you want, the zone matters more than the hotel.
Where we put a honeymoon
Not every part of the country suits every group. These are the
zones we would put yours in, and why.
Prices are what is published today and move with the season. For a group they almost always come down.

Tell us about the trip
The more you tell us here, the less we have to ask later. A real person reads it the same day and gets in touch to build the plan with you.

What it costs
The planning is free; you pay for the trip, not for the plan. Our margin sits inside
the services we operate, which is why the number we quote is the number you pay.
What moves the cost per person, in order: the season, the hotel category, the
group size and the number of nights. December, Easter week and the first half of
August are the expensive windows. Group size cuts both ways — it earns a better room
rate and a private vehicle instead of a shared one, and past roughly sixteen
travellers the transport becomes a bus, which changes the maths again. There is no
upper limit: we run trips for two people and for two hundred.
We do not put a package price on this page, and not out of coyness. A room costs
one thing in September and another at Christmas, a flight from Atlanta is not a
flight from Madrid, and a group of eight prices differently from a group of eighty.
A number printed here would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it.
What we do instead: you fill in the form above with as much detail as you can, we
read it the same day, and we get in touch — WhatsApp, a call, whichever you picked —
to build the itinerary with you. Then you get the cost, itemised, for your group and
your dates. No charge for any of that and no obligation to book.
Frequently asked questions
Do we get honeymoon perks?
Usually, but they are requested at booking and most hotels ask for the certificate or the invitation. Tell us when you ask and we put it on the reservation.
How much should we plan in advance?
Two or three things across the week. Leave the rest open — you will want it.
Where is quieter than Punta Cana?
Samana and Las Terrenas, by a wide margin. The trade-off is a longer drive from the airport, which we build into the first day.
How much does the planning cost?
Nothing. There is no planning fee and no charge for a quote. We earn inside the services we operate, so you pay for the trip and nothing on top for organising it.
How quickly do you reply?
The same day, within about four working hours. A full itinerary with prices usually takes one to two days, because we check live availability rather than sending a template.
Can everyone in the group pay separately?
Yes. A deposit holds the booking and each person pays on their own link, so one person is not carrying the whole cost.
What if our dates are not fixed yet?
Send the month and say the dates are flexible. Moving a group trip by a week often changes the price per person noticeably, and we will tell you when it is worth doing.
I run My Dominican Trip from the Dominican Republic. We operate the transfers and the excursions ourselves rather than reselling them, which is why this page can tell you what will not suit your group instead of selling you whatever is available. Every price, inclusion and drive time here comes from the records we sell against, and I check them when the operator changes them. Planned-trip requests come to me.
