What changes for a quinceanera trip
These are the things that decide whether the week works, and they are decided before you book, not on arrival.
- Mixed ages in one group: plan a headline day for her and quieter days around it.
- Photographs are usually part of the point. Pick the location for that day deliberately.
- A villa gives the family a base; a resort gives the teenagers more to do.

What it costs
The planning is free; you pay for the trip, not for the plan. Our margin sits inside the services we operate, which is why the number we quote is the number you pay.
What moves the cost per person, in order: the season, the hotel category, the group size and the number of nights. December, Easter week and the first half of August are the expensive windows. Group size cuts both ways — it earns a better room rate and a private vehicle instead of a shared one, and past roughly sixteen travellers the transport becomes a bus, which changes the maths again. There is no upper limit: we run trips for two people and for two hundred.
We do not put a package price on this page, and not out of coyness. A room costs one thing in September and another at Christmas, a flight from Atlanta is not a flight from Madrid, and a group of eight prices differently from a group of eighty. A number printed here would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it.
What we do instead: you fill in the form above with as much detail as you can, we read it the same day, and we get in touch — WhatsApp, a call, whichever you picked — to build the itinerary with you. Then you get the cost, itemised, for your group and your dates. No charge for any of that and no obligation to book.

- Can you arrange a special dinner?
- Yes. Tell us the night and the number and we reserve it; for a group that size it needs to be done ahead, not on the day.
- What can a 15-year-old actually do?
- Most of it. A few water activities set a minimum of 16 or 18 and we check each one against her age before it goes in the plan.
- Villa or resort?
- Resort if the teenagers want things to do without leaving. Villa if the family wants one house and its own space.
- How much does the planning cost?
- Nothing. There is no planning fee and no charge for a quote. We earn inside the services we operate, so you pay for the trip and nothing on top for organising it.
- How quickly do you reply?
- The same day, within about four working hours. A full itinerary with prices usually takes one to two days, because we check live availability rather than sending a template.
- Can everyone in the group pay separately?
- Yes. A deposit holds the booking and each person pays on their own link, so one person is not carrying the whole cost.
- What if our dates are not fixed yet?
- Send the month and say the dates are flexible. Moving a group trip by a week often changes the price per person noticeably, and we will tell you when it is worth doing.
