Flights
We find routing that works for the whole group and hold it. Large groups rarely fit on one flight; the arrivals get planned around that.
Planned trips in Santo Domingo
A church group has a treasurer, a leader answering to a congregation, and a number that cannot move.
In short
My Dominican Trip plans church group trips in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, for groups of 15 to 60. You land at Las Americas International Airport (SDQ), 30 to 45 minutes from the hotels. We arrange the flights, the rooms, the airport pickup, the car and the tours, and quote one price per person. Planning is free and nothing is paid until you approve the itinerary.
A church group has a treasurer, a leader answering to a congregation, and a number that cannot move. That is a different job from booking a holiday. You get one contact, one price per person, and one document everyone can read.
The oldest continuously inhabited European city in the Americas, and a capital of three million people. The Zona Colonial is walkable and genuinely old; the rest is a working city. It is a destination for people who want a country rather than a coastline.
Not the right zone if: A beach holiday. The city has no beach; the nearest is Boca Chica, half an hour east. For this kind of group we would also look at Punta Cana or Bavaro.
Where you land: Las Americas International Airport (SDQ), 30 to 45 minutes by road. City hotels, boutique properties in the Zona Colonial, apartments.
These are the things that decide whether the week works, and they are decided before you book, not on arrival.

All-inclusive, apartments or a private villa. Above about eight people a villa is usually cheaper per person, and we say so when it is.
Private vehicles sized to the group, with the flight tracked. No taxi negotiation at midnight.
When the group wants to move on its own, with the insurance sorted up front rather than at the counter.
Chosen against the ages and the energy of this group. We say which ones we would not put you on.
One person and one WhatsApp number from the first message until you are home.
Real excursions, at today's prices. Any of these can go into the plan; if you want something else, we find it.

Prices are what is published today and move with the season. For a group they almost always come down.
Free, no obligation
The more you tell us here, the less we have to ask later. A real person reads it the same day and gets in touch to build the plan with you.
The planning is free; you pay for the trip, not for the plan. Our margin sits inside the services we operate, which is why the number we quote is the number you pay.
What moves the cost per person, in order: the season, the hotel category, the group size and the number of nights. December, Easter week and the first half of August are the expensive windows. Group size cuts both ways — it earns a better room rate and a private vehicle instead of a shared one, and past roughly sixteen travellers the transport becomes a bus, which changes the maths again. There is no upper limit: we run trips for two people and for two hundred.
We do not put a package price on this page, and not out of coyness. A room costs one thing in September and another at Christmas, a flight from Atlanta is not a flight from Madrid, and a group of eight prices differently from a group of eighty. A number printed here would be wrong for almost everyone who reads it.
What we do instead: you fill in the form above with as much detail as you can, we read it the same day, and we get in touch — WhatsApp, a call, whichever you picked — to build the itinerary with you. Then you get the cost, itemised, for your group and your dates. No charge for any of that and no obligation to book.
Families rarely fall apart over the hotel.
A trip for two is the easiest to book and the easiest to get wrong.
A school trip is approved by people who were not in the room when it was planned.
Someone in the group always ends up being the organiser and spending the trip on their phone.
A company trip fails on logistics, not on the destination.
A reunion has a grandmother who cannot do the catamaran and a nine-year-old who wants nothing else.
