Tour lengths in Punta Cana range across these durations: 2 h, 4 h, 2-3, 8 h. Half-day trips leave time for the beach in the afternoon, while full-day excursions usually include lunch. The pickup time depends on your hotel and we confirm it with you after booking.

We run private transfers to Punta Cana from Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) (PUJ), La Romana Cruise Port (LRM-PORT), Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) (SDQ), Santo Domingo Cruise Port (SDQ-PORT). Prices start at $50 USD per trip, not per person, and include the driver, the vehicle and tolls. Your driver tracks your flight and waits for you at arrivals with a sign, so a delay does not cost you extra.

Yes. Tours include round-trip transport from hotels in the covered zone. Tell us your hotel when you book and we confirm the exact pickup time and meeting point by WhatsApp or email, usually the day before. If your hotel is outside the zone we tell you the closest pickup point.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the service and receive a refund of the amount paid, except the non-refundable reservation deposit where it applies. To change the date, write to us on WhatsApp with your booking number and we move it subject to availability. The full rules are on our cancellation policy page.

You pay online by card through Stripe or with PayPal. Tours can be reserved with a small deposit and the rest paid later, as shown on each tour page. Prices are in US dollars and your confirmation arrives by email right after payment, with your booking number and the details of the service.

Our local team answers on WhatsApp 24 hours a day, every day. If your flight is delayed, your hotel changes or you need to add a passenger, send us a message with your booking number and we update the reservation and tell the driver or guide directly, so you do not have to call anyone else.
